Vice President / Associate Chief Nursing Officer

(COH NMC) is seeking a Vice President/Associate Chief Nursing Officer to lead the design, development, and implementation of their Orange County campus.
COH NMC, an NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, is developing a state of the art, $1 billion campus in Irvine, CA, expected to open in 2021, followed by the opening of a 40-bed hospital focused exclusively on treating and curing cancer.
COH Orange County (COH OC) will include additional clinical locations providing medical oncology/infusion services.
Establish and implement standardized clinical care including policies and procedures.
All nursing care and the professional practice of nursing, including inpatient and outpatient clinical activities for COH OC.
Responsible for quality, safety, innovation and overall process improvement.
Facilitate clinical research.
MSN required, PhD/DNP preferred.
Certification in nursing specialty or leadership.
A minimum of 10 years in nursing leadership.
Experience in cancer care, preferably an NCI designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Experience in the design, development, implementation of a new campus/cancer program.
