The nationally ranked University of Washington School of Nursing offers: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP; covering a range of practice specialties), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree programs.

We are expecting to hire one candidate at the Teaching Professor rank (Midwifery Track). Candidates will be expected to hold a leadership role in the teaching and mentoring of UWSON DNP-Midwifery students.  

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in midwifery education, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable healthcare landscape, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.

This is a full-time position (1.0 FTE), 9-month appointment, not tenure eligible. The appointment is eligible for a multi-year contract. ?Base salary will depend on qualifications, background, and experience. The base salary range for this position will be $10,000 - $15,000 per month based on 100% FTE.

The anticipated start day is September 16, 2024.
