The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston seeks a dynamic and distinguished executive to assume the role of Vice President and System Chief Nurse Executive (VP/CNE). As the top nursing leader in the system, the VP/CNE will be at the forefront of fostering innovation and transforming healthcare delivery.

In this influential role, the VP/CNE will be entrusted with shaping clinical care services, vision, and strategic direction. The VP/CNE will ensure the standardization of clinical work processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and consistently elevate clinical care and services across all facilities. The VP/CNE will also play a pivotal role in facilitating the exchange of patient care data and will have the ultimate authority over nursing system policies, procedures, and care standards.
