Public Health Nurse I
Saginaw County Health Department in Saginaw, MI is now hiring for a Public Health Nurse I for our Nurse Family Partnership program.
The Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) is a program for women who are having their first baby. As a NFP Nurse, you will form relationships with at-risk mothers to help ease them through the emotional, social and physical challenges of becoming parents. You will assist a new mother with having a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby, assist with community support services for healthcare, childcare, job training, and assist parents with setting goals and find ways to help reach them.
This position requires

A bachelor’s degree in nursing

A valid State of Michigan Licensure as a Registered Nurse.

One to three (1-3) years’ experience in nursing,
The starting hourly wage for this position is $27.09, with step increases at six (6) months and annually thereafter.
