Candidates must bring a deep commitment to the ideals of service and social justice and exceptional undergraduate and graduate education in nursing and health care professions.
  • The incoming Dean of the CON at Seattle University will be an excellent communicator and a visionary leader who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy, and dynamic campus culture.
  • They must be nimble, future-focused, and creative in developing the CON’s identity as a mission-driven, patient-oriented organization dedicated to providing excellent programming in nursing and healthcare education with a direct impact on the Seattle area and communities in the region.
  • They will be comfortable applying data and analytics to enable strategy and decision-making, analyzing trends in the healthcare industry, and remaining attuned to the needs and demands of an ever-changing healthcare environment.
