Nurse Home Visitor
UPMC Jameson – Children’s Advocacy Center - Nurse Family Partnership
8am-4pm, no call.
Limited weekends/evenings
Duties:
- Performs home visiting in accordance with the Nurse-Family Partnership model.
- Assesses physical, emotional, social, and environmental strengths and risks of women and their families as they relate to the Nurse-Family Partnership domains.
- Assists women and their families in establishing goals and outcomes.
- Communicates with the healthcare team as needed.
- Provides referrals to community services.
Requirements
- Must have BSN.
- New graduates will be considered.
- Home health, pediatrics, maternity, behavioral health experience preferred.p
