Reporting to the hospital CEO, this position is responsible for providing leadership, management, and direction to the profession of nursing quality of care, clinical excellence, patient safety and risk management. Participates in the establishment of organizational strategic plans, goals, objectives, and priorities of for TWHH.

TWHH is a 60-bed cardiovascular hospital that provides advanced and innovative cardiovascular medical and surgical services and a unique acute-care and ambulatory setting. As one of the largest integrated regional health care delivery systems in Wisconsin, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare organizations provide one-fourth of the total health care delivered in southeast Wisconsin.
