Associate Dean, College of Health Professions and Chair of the School of Nursing
The College of Health Professions at Wichita State University seeks applicants for the position of Associate Dean and Chair of the School of Nursing. The applicant must hold an earned doctoral degree in nursing or related field; hold a graduate degree in nursing; demonstrate successful program and personnel management experience; demonstrate leadership skills; have experience teaching in a university baccalaureate and graduate program; have an established record of research and contributions to related research literature; be licensed, or eligible to be licensed as a registered nurse, in Kansas; have excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrate a commitment to diversity.
This is a full time, tenure eligible, 12-month position. Salary is competitive, commensurate with qualifications. A full description of the position is on the College of Health Professions web site at www.chp.wichita.edu.
Starting Date: July 1, 2008
