Oversee professional activities to create an environment supportive of professional development, quality of care and quality improvement for nursing and allied health. Specifically: develop systems for continuous quality improvement, safety, diversity and collaborative educational programs. Goal is to build an organization of service excellence in a continuously learning atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's in Nursing or Education, nationally recognized certification preferred
• Ohio RN license
• 3+ years of clinical and nursing management experience to coordinate nursing education programs
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Analytical abilities to gather data, solve problems, and make recommendations concerning education and patient care services
