Executive Director, Arbor Company Assisted Living
The Arbor Company, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a regional leader in the development and management of high-end Assisted Living and memory care communities. Our financial success and reputation grow from providing excellent resident care, progressive programming and staff longevity. We currently operate twelve communities with three more under development.
We are searching for an Executive Director for a successful and well-regarded community in Southwest Atlanta. The ED of this 70 apartment community will have responsibility for operational leadership, meeting financial goals and maintaining and nurturing a culture of customer service and excellence in care. The right candidate will have the following skills and/or experience:
• 5-7 years of management experience in senior housing or geriatric care
• Proven ability to meet financial goals through revenue development and expense management
• Success in building and cultivating an inter-disciplinary team of professionals
• RN or LPN especially valued but not required
